Tibetan Naturopathy or Traditional Tibetan Medicine (TTM)
It is a natural and holistic medical science that addresses the individual needs of the body, mind, and spirit in an integrated way. A consultation may involve the application of any of the external therapies, depending on the patient’s condition and needs. Emphasis is always placed on diet and lifestyle, as these are of great importance in treatment. However, depending on the request or need, some therapies may be used individually, such as Traditional Tibetan Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping, etc. The diagnostic methods used include pulse analysis, urine examination, palpation of various points on the body, tongue and ear observation, among others.
